§ The above Quotation is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings. If we are not able to get the original hotels, shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels.
§ VT HOLIDAYS PRIVATE LIMITED does not have any hidden charges. During the Journey if someone asks for extra money you may inform us and we will not be responsible if you pay any amount without our concern.
§ No refund will not be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Any Natural calamities VT HOLIDAYS PRIVATE LIMITED will not be liable for the same.
§ Before confirming your bookings kindly personally check all hotels website, reviews & other services in internet. We have already provided the hotels name destinations wise. If the given hotels are not suitable then please ask for the upgraded hotel options.
§ If during your travel you will face any kind of problem regarding your hotels & transport, you all are highly requested to contact to your tour executive same time so that he/she can resolve the problem.
§ All buffet meal/ Room Service will be provided as per hotel policy Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable. No discount will be provided after confirmation of the package.
§ After reaching your home if you will complaint for anything we won't be unable to solve the issue No accommodation, meal or cost of transport would be paid or reimbursed or compensated.
§ Any dispute relating to or arising out of all or any one of the above stated terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive Jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi, India.
§ Anything not mentioned under Package Inclusions.
§ Air Fare / Train fare/Helicopter Ticket / Porter, pony, horse, cable car, boat or Adventure Activity if not mentioned in Inclusion.
§ A/C Will Not Work in Hill Area.
§ Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train), Porterage.
§ Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary You have to Pay Extra.
§ Any Cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
§ Any increase in taxes or fuel price, if it will increase you have to pay directly whatever will be extra amount.
§ If you Need Room Heater you have to pay to the hotel directly it's Not included in the package cost
§ Rohtang pass Charge Extra if it is Not Included in the Inclusion.
§ All personal expenses, optional tours and extra meals not included.
§ Any kind of entry fees & Guide charges anywhere if not mentioned in Inclusion. You have to pay at the spot.
§ Tips, Travel Insurance, medical insurance, laundry charges, liquors, mineral water, telephone charges not included.
§ If any Miss happening During Travel like Road Accident or any Physical Injury VT Holidays is not responsible.

§ Due to Heavy snowfall if Given cab is unable to Reach Solang Valley in that situation we will go till that point which is easily reachable called that Snow Point. if 4x4 Jeep are going to solang valley you have to pay extra amount to the cab directly. Because we are charging till Snow Point. You have to go by at your own risk to Solang Valley VT Holidays is not responsible.
